Smokekit padded into the clearing behind Tearleaf, amazed by the glistening of the rock. It glowed as he even so glanced at it.
StarClan... is this their home? Where they live?
Fangpaw noticed the she-cat and the tom from TearClan. She intensely studied the smoky-gray tom with blue-gray eyes and some-what long fur.
A kit? Ah, yes. Tearleaf's apprentice, eh?
She somehow felt a twinge of excitement for the tom cat. He had the air of a cat wiser than his body showed.

A white she-cat with light orange markings and sky blue eyes padded into the cave. Her ears flattened with worry.
"Greetings, Tearleaf, Fangpaw. And who's this?" Moonherb asked, referring to Smokekit.
The cold settled into her fur. First day of Leaf-fall.
It's going to be a cold one...

A small dusky brown tom raced over to the group. "Sorry I'm late Demonstorm wanted something." meowed Ivystorm panting. He flicked his tail as he looked at the other cats. Well atleast he wasn't the only one of them to be late. His pale green eyes soon caught sight of a gray kit sitting close by Tearlealf. He gussed that he would be her new apprentice. |

Fangpaw dipped her head.
"Greetings, Ivystorm," She mewed in a reserved kind of way.
Her tail twitched in impatience.
"So, can the meeting start now? Yes, Moonherb, I know Icepaw isn't here yet..."

Golden-Eye padded slowly into the clearing. He was limping a bit and every step he took seemed to cause him some pain. The mooncave was very far away and it was hard for him to walk here. He had let Fangpaw go on ahead. He stopped and gazed at his apprentice.
"Now now. We really should wait for Icepaw. Or is Icepaw not coming?" |
